FULL MOON | Full Moon in Capricorn

I truly believe that the Full Moon that we experienced last night is of massive significance due to its closeness to the Summer Equinox which we experienced at the start of the week. Why???

Well let me start with the Summer Equinox... We are half way through the year, six months away from the Winter Equinox or Yule as it is known in the Wheel of the Year. This is the perfect time to reflect on you dreams and goals, what is working, what isn't. It is a time for deep reflection, like a life audit. Look at the goals that you set in January and see what you have achieved, where your desires have changed and what hasn't worked, is broken or does not serve you anymore. It is a great time to tweak you dreams and ambitions as well as the plan needed for them to come true. Be brutal, don't waste time, get the audit done so that you have total clarity in your life, use a journal to right down what matters to you, where you want to be and what you need to do to get there. You have six months left of this year, now is the time to make them count.

Now for last nights Full Moon... Where do you want to be at the Winter Equinox? What do you want your life to look like? What changes do you need to make in order to get there? This is the time to dream big, to make a those intentions and to set about creating a plan  in order for you to be able to achieve your goals. After you have created your intentions and your plan, you need to cut away and set free all that no longer serves you. You need to make some bold choices, the kind of choices that you will thank yourself for making in six months time. The Full Moon is the ideal time to do this.

For me, it is all about getting into the best shape of my life. To be able to look in the mirror and see the changes that I want to see in my body and feel the changes in my mindset. I want to improve my health and fitness and I want look and feel my very best. In order for me to do this I need to carve time in my schedule to train, to continue with my current training plan and reintroduce my cardio/running. I also need to eat properly with a mindful eating plan, no Deliveroo, no Mcds and no booze. I need to mindful when it comes to saying yes or no to certain things, the main question I need to ask before making a decision is "Will saying yes to this, help me to achieve my goals?" I also need to add some self-care so my body recoveries and I stay focused... soaking in a mineral rich bath, starting yoga, continuing with my mediation and journaling.

This is such an important time for goal setting. Take some time to think about what you want to achieve and go for it!!!
