1/2 an avocado
the white of one eye (optional)
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
15 drops of rosemary essential oil (optional but great for hair care)
Once mixed, use straight away
Apply to dry hair and cover with a shower cap or preheated towel.
Leave on for 15-20mins then gently comb through with a wide tooth comb.
Then rinse off thoroughly.
