  • What do you love? Take some time to think about all of the people and things that you love.
  • What is blossoming in your life and what needs a little more nurturing to get it to bloom?
  • Who do you need to become so that your dreams blossom? What is holding you back?
  • Beltane is a fire festival, is your inner fire burning bright? If not, why not?

Journal Prompts

Journaling is such a wonderful self-care tool. Light your Beltane candle and use the following questions to go within and journal your thoughts and emotions at this time.

  • How can you show yourself some self-love? Are you nurturing yourself with self-care?
  • Have you made room in your life for what you want? Think about that... do you need to make some adjustments?
  • What do you want to create this year? Have you made a start? If not, why not?
  • List ten people that you love and admire. Give thanks for them being in your life.
  • If your life was in full bloom, what would it look and feel like?

A bloomin' lovely blend of lavender, geranium, and ylang ylang. 

Aromatherapy: Calming, grounding, comforting and sexy.

How to use

  • Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4
  • Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 1cm
  • Enjoy the power of plants. We recommend following the breathing technique, in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds and out slowly for 8 seconds.
