Rituals

Each part of the Wheel of the Year gives us the opportunity to pause and reflect. Yule gives us time to think about...

  • It's time to get honest, where are you at right now? What have you achieved and what are your goals for the year ahead.
  • What do you need to release and let go of? What is holding you back from being the best version of yourself.
  • This time of year is super hectic. Take a day (or longer of you can) to unplug from the world. Make it a day where you are totally undisturbed and focus on nourishing yourself. See it as a time to recharge and refocus without any guilt.

Journal Prompts

Journaling is such a wonderful self-care tool. Light your Yule candle and use the following questions to go within and journal your thoughts and emotions at this time.

  • What have the darkest moments of this year taught you?
  • Where have you felt challenged and how did you overcome it?
  • Thinking ahead, what do you want to achieve in the months ahead?

Step into a snow covered Christmas tree farm with a bespoke blend of Scotch pine, fir needle, juniper and cedarwood essential oils.

Aromatherapy: Refreshing, uplifting, clarifying and calming.

How to use

  • Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4
  • Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 1cm
  • Enjoy the power of plants. We recommend following the breathing technique, in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds and out slowly for 8 seconds.
